PRIVATE POOL + SPA (Heat can be added to the pool OR the Spa, not both)
Pool Heat Only: $875 + tax weekly
Spa Heat Only: $350 + tax weekly

Pool or spa can only be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. NO EXCEPTIONS

For guest safety and property security, this home is equipped with exterior cameras at the main entrance and in the backyard. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not record any private spaces.

BEACH EQUIPMENT
The homeowner provides beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and 12 complimentary beach towels for guest use. Please note that availability and quantities may vary, as items may occasionally be lost or damaged. While we strive to ensure these amenities are available, they cannot be guaranteed.

PETS
This is a pet friendly home and accommodates up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be at least one years old and not weighing more than 35lbs. There is a $200 + pet fee for one dog, $400 + tax pet fee for two dogs. No more than two dogs will be approved per reservation and the quantity must be entered at the time of booking. Violators will be handled at the owner's discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events before or during your trip. If you cancel without Travel Insurance and we are able to rebook the property, you may receive a refund for the rebooked amount, minus the reservation fee. However, if the property is not rebooked, any payments made will be forfeited.
