To get you comfortably settled, we include:

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Keurig and drip coffee maker (subject to change)
• There is a small section of the home, to the right of the garage, that is locked off and not accessible to guests.
• Exterior security cameras located at the front door, garage, and deck for safety

PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY
Inlet Harbour is a gated community with a $100 vehicle fee (for up to 4 vehicles) included in your reservation. Additional vehicles can be added for $25 each. Up to 6 vehicles are allowed, but motorcycles, golf carts, and boats are not permitted. This fee is listed as a line item in your rental agreement.

• Daily Setup & Takedown Service (Sun–Fri, weather permitting)

Please note:
If you booked before April 1, 2025, the Premier Bundle is not automatically included in your reservation during the included dates (May 25 – Sept 5). You may still add it on for $595 + tax/week.

The Premier Bundle is available as an add-on outside of those dates (March 30 – May 25 or Sept 5 – Oct 30) for $595 + tax/week, regardless of booking date.
